I had to leave 1 star. I spent $1500 on a lab test and instead of going over the lab results. He decided he would just yell at me for 50 mins about how I missed an appointment. He even went so far as to tell me he would personally ensure I would never receive medical attention in this town again if I missed another appointment. This guy is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. This guy doesn't deserve your money.
It's hard medicine folks, not a massage... He tells it like it is has been my take.
Dr. Tai is very good, I stopped seeing him due to the upcoding from his office. I was charged an additional $200 for discussing my weight during a physical. It's probably not Dr. Tai's fault directly, but the upcoding and surprise billing is getting out of hand.
Staff beyond incompetent. Lost records and no recourse for help.
