Frederick promptly returned my call and came to view the job in a timely fashion. He came when he said he would. He asked me questions and told me his ideas regarding ice dam and water intrusion repair. His work was thorough and professional. Upon completion he showed me risk areas that had been remediated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Frederick again or recommend to anyone else.
Our roof was just done over a year ago. It’s leaking!! I have tried to contact Fred on a few occasions and he does not get back to me.
