I was trying to get an appointment for my 2 year old son to get a check up. These guys are the only people to take his insurance that are local to me 7.5 miles away. For some reason, they told me that this is too far of a distance for them to see him. Mind you, I would be driving him to their facility for a check up. Pleasant drive to this location I found the staff to be very friendly and of course my doctor best bed side manners and would not change for the world I highly recommend this location
Try to get prescription refills is a nightmare for some reason.
Very disappointed in most recent experience with Woodsboro office.
Not sure why there is such a decline in customer service after years of great experience. Very disappointed in the lack of care provided recently.
