I have been a patient at the Jefferson office for a little over 2 years and am so happy with the genuine and caring staff and my treatment. The doctor here has worked with me and literally improved my overall health in this time and I could not be more grateful. Google maps says your open, your phone lines ring like someone is in the office. Been trying to get through since 7:30 this morning after receiving a call yesterday about rescheduling an appointment. I totally understand being closed due to the weather, however a pre recorded message or someone actually answering the phone stating something about y'alls closure would save a lot of frustration for those who have appointments scheduled with your office. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
