Doctor melinda was so kind caring supportive and all the nurses are always so nice and smart! Got me in for an emergency appointment and took great care of me! shout out nurse lee! shes the best!
Jenny Sandberg is amazing! The front desk staff is kind, patient and very competent. We are switching from a practice that is much closer but has front desk staff that is impatient, arrogant and at times downright rude. I am hoping to enjoy a better experience here but will update my reviews after a few visits!
Worst doctor’s visit I’ve ever had and I’m not going back. Dr. Vanapala’s nurse is so unprofessional. She gave me her opinions on how she thinks the antidepressants I’m on, don’t work. She also said she didn’t feel like asking me some of the questions, I wish she would just do her job. I’m a 23yr old cancer patient with no stomach, so I don’t expect primary care to know tons but I was met with incompetence, ignorant questions, and unsolicited advice from the nurse. Poor financial practices, code submissions for wrong unrelated procedures and incorrect codes, unwillingness to do anything to change (sure thing patient must pay, so why bother?), run arounds when requested to speak with the manager, who appeared constantly on vacation, at other offices, stepped away, or "left early for today". Avoid this practice at all cost.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Many of the doctors I’ve seen have been really great.
