Incompetent front desk and phone answering lady. Forced to sign a form saying i agree to do all things reccomended before being allowed to see a doctor. No physical forms to sign. Packed office.
This became my doctors office when I moved here a few years ago and I’m so grateful for them! Nina it’s absolutely wonderful. She’s kind, caring and is willing to talk through everything without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. Her nurse is also so great. I have really enjoyed the care I’ve received from Frederick primary!
Friendly professional staff, no wait. Clean side vs Dirty side seating in waiting area to keep ill patients apart from healthy ones. Good disease prevention practice rarely seen today.
Have some common sense and learn some bedside manners. and especially coming from a female doctor, who is seemingly around my age. When talking to other women, maybe best to tread lightly when it comes to weight. I've spent months and months slowly pulling myself out of the deep hole of body image hell for you, in one sentence, to push me all the way back down. I went to the office for my annual physical. They did not do any bloodwork, nor did they submit the paperwork from my referrals that they were supposed to. Additionally, the doctor asked if there was anything else I would like to talk about. I mentioned that was having some trouble sleeping. And we talked briefly.(No more than 2-3 Minutes about that subject) The office charged me for a second visit for that brief conversation. And would not remove the charges, even when I objected.
