Have some common sense and learn some bedside manners. and especially coming from a female doctor, who is seemingly around my age. When talking to other women, maybe best to tread lightly when it comes to weight. I've spent months and months slowly pulling myself out of the deep hole of body image hell for you, in one sentence, to push me all the way back down. I went to the office for my annual physical. They did not do any bloodwork, nor did they submit the paperwork from my referrals that they were supposed to. Additionally, the doctor asked if there was anything else I would like to talk about. I mentioned that was having some trouble sleeping. And we talked briefly.(No more than 2-3 Minutes about that subject) The office charged me for a second visit for that brief conversation. And would not remove the charges, even when I objected. EDIT: Dr. J retired and everything has gone to h e l l. The office staff is rude, lazy, uneducated and entitled. The term "office manager" generally insinuates you have the skills and desire to help patients and solve issues. Not there. I've seen 3 of the doctors. Two have been amazing, educated and kind. The man I saw is nice but has no clue about anything more complicated than a common cold. That being said, there are a lot of doctors out there to choose from. Run far and fast from this practice! I am done with this family practice!
I had such a great experience at Frederick Primary Care for my annual physical! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jenny Sandberg was amazing — she truly listens, cares, and makes you feel comfortable. I also had to get my blood drawn, and the woman who did it was so skilled and kind that it was honestly the easiest, most pleasant blood draw I’ve ever had. Overall, this was the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had — I highly recommend this office!
