We had worst customer experience, our appointment is at 11.10 am . We arrived by 11.00. We were not called even until 11.35..when we asked front desk lady about that she said” you can leave and come back later” and she was talking to other nurse and saying your next patient angry.. we were just asking when will be called as me and husband kept out of office for an hour. When we make an appointment we expect to be seen by that time. It would be great if you can employ some one in the front desk who can make better customer in... read more
