I came to Paul after an auto accident and after doing physical therapy elsewhere with little improvement. Paul knows his stuff. He can explain to you what your body is doing with movements and how to introduce weights, resistance and other modalities to strengthen and regain movement to your body. I was in tremendous pain when I came to him and he had my frozen joint moving within a short period of time.
