Great bedside manner, listen to your concerns, love this Dr.
Not serious at all. Never answers the phone, appointments always pushed back, you need to stay at their door for 20-30mn for the ring to work and/or for them to open and let you in, even if you communicate with them through the portal, you have to wait at least a whole day to get a response. I’ve been coming here since July and it’s alway been the same. Very disappointed! I only kept it because it closer to my house, but I’ll never come back even if I have to drive to whole other state to find a Dr.
