Go elsewhere. They forget you even existed after 2 major surgeries. Had a horrible fall numb shoulder horrible back and neck pain …. Nothing we can do !!! Wow. I’m editing this to help others. Go to Cervical Spine Center Dr Edishami. So helpful and super friendly and professional. They are top notch Did my surgery in Dec and I am pain free in the neck now !!
Sadly it turned out to be a horrible mistake going to Dr Marciano. He may be a skilled surgeon, but he doesn’t make things easy. Communication is bad and it’s hard to get answers from him. You have to wait a long time for a visit, and he isn’t very accessible. His medical secretary is nice, but she doesn’t seem to have a medical background. In 2019 Dr Marciano did an ACDF, which turned out to be a nightmare due to it causing adjacent disc diseases and paralyzed me.
