I have been a patient of Dr. Malibiran for 18 years. He has been a very attentive doctor who is personable and communicates well. Recently, I have seen his PA, Nikki Rubinstein, and have been so impressed by her intellect and compassion for my needs. I would recommend this group every time.
Just like all the other negative reviews, Doctor cancelled on me two hours before my appointment and wasn't able to reschedule for a MONTH. Considering I requested time off work today just to be available this is unacceptable and seems like a pattern with this Doctor & office according to reviews. Very unprofessional, office is unorganized and I'd avoid.
After a drug authorization debate, I received a letter informing me that my insurance was no longer accepted. The truth is, I never felt satisfied with my health care.
Good doctor if he doesn't cancel on you at the last minute. Today is the 4th consecutive appointment that he has canceled at the last moment. Guess it'sbetter than previous cancelation wheras appointmentwas canceled as i was physically in the office checking in... It is September and I've been trying to see him since June...
Never even got to see the Dr, because he thinks it's okay to make patients wait HOURS for his services! I chose him based off his Google reviews, but no one is talking about everything you have to go through before you get 5min with the Dr. We were told to be there an HOUR before the appt, but because i had done the paperwork online I got there 30min prior but there wasn't anything else they needed from me. 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appt time and we were still waiting.
