A wonderful Doctor. Great bedside manner, humorous and very forthright. Easily explained my situation and his approach to treatment. His staff are equally excellent. Put me at ease and gave me a very very thorough exam. Highly recommend him to anyone.
My 13 year old needed his tonsils removed and there is not 1 negative comment about our experience we can give! The staff was awesome when we went to the visits, the hospital thru out his surgery was amazing! This Dr took his time with every interaction we had, he would explain things so my son understood, he didn’t make us feel rushed, he validated my sons fears of the surgery, called several times after to check on him.
I made an appointment 3 months in advanced. Took the day off work and everything. I showed up and turns out the doctor is out on a vacation for the week. No one called or left a voice mail or anything. Didn't even get an apology for not being notified when the receptionist realized. Just told I'd have to reschdule for months later again. Definitely wont be doing that. I had to drive all the way up there to be told I couldn't be seen. Where's the communication?
I highly recommend Dr Lorenz. He is extremely knowledgeable and is also a very caring doctor. If you need an ENT, this doctor will help you.
