Fast, friendly, knowledgable, and best customer service. When my key broke they made me one quickly. I had get my car towed in. They tried the best to help me on the phone before I spent money on the tow. If I found my other key Mickey offered to program it for free. I recommend them for any service. I used them several times for copies before.
I live in Pittsburgh and was working in Altoona one Friday afternoon when my microchip key snapped while attempting to enter my car. If it weren't for Frederick Lock and Key I would have been stranded. I was towed to their location and they even offered to stay a little late if necessary for my tow to arrive. Quick, professional, high quality, and surprisingly inexpensive.
Lets face it, since Frederick is the only locksmith in the area that can sell you doorknobs and customize what key to use in them, your gonna have to deal with the bad attitude and rudeness. Don't expect informative help, your suppose to know everything a locksmith knows before walking in there so do some research about locks and what makes them work.
