Dr. Li is incredibly friendly, patient, and highly skilled at what he does. A big shoutout to Khush for making my appointment seamless—she’s professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with!
I had a fantastic experience during my visit for a CBCT scan. From billing to the actual procedure, everything was smooth and efficient. A special mention to Khush, who was warm, pleasant, and highly professional, making the experience even better.
I recommend Dr Li. He is very patient, thorough and gave an in depth consultation about possible implant treatment options, staging process, time frame , healing time, and payment. The only issue I have is with the traffic and construction on W Broadway .
Dr. Li maybe an expert in implant which I am not sure because I am not going back to his clinic after one visit. The receptionist is rude and impatient, without my permission, she filed claim on my behalf with the insurance company. She put in wrong code that cause denial. When I enquire with her, she insisted that is Dr Li's instruction which I can not verify. Luckily, my insurance company reviewed the other doc I provided and reimbursed me.
