Bobby Frederick is a fraud and a con artist, or should I say he committed fraud and con me by forged court documents and was stupid enough to email them to me in PDF files. CROOK... Liar, The BIGGEST LIAR Total Miss conduct. TOOK $3500.00 For nothing. Fired the lawyer that worked in his firm that was handling my case along with him.. told me that the NY lawyer that was also need as he waited till 4 days before trail was only $2500.00 but it was only a $2500.00 retainer. Took $1,500 and did nothing for 7 months until he decided to quit. If you get a tan envelope in your mailbox from this guy don't respond. Burn it and run. Had a charge from a vacation trip in Myrtle Beach and kept receiving his junk mail weekly when I got back home.
