Dr. Heinle takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Excellent bedside manner. He had taken my gallbladder out. Dr. Heinle took the time to explain everything to my husband afterwards and answered his questions. At the office, didn't have to wait long for appointment. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.
