I feel lucky to have found Frederick Holistic Wellness. A doctor had recommended acupuncture to treat my stress. Pat Thompson took the time to understand my stressors, and treatments offered immediate relief. Since then, headaches and muscle pulls have also been treated with great results.

I highly recommend acupuncture at Frederick Holistic Wellness Center! Pat is exceptionally knowledgeable and able to address all of my questions and concerns. Scheduling is easy and flexible. I have had excellent results and and almost instant relief from my chronic neck pain. I started treatment with Pat for TMJ. My jaw pain was horrible. There were days I could not even open my mouth. My jaw seemed locked up. I had no idea that acupuncture would help TMJ. My pain was so much better after one session. I highly recommend Frederick Holistic Wellness!
