RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY. THE MANAGER KODI DAVIS TOLD ME THAT I WASNT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO BE SEEN BECAUSE I HAVE STATE INSURANCE SO THEY GET PAID LESS SO SHE AND THE STAFF CHOOSE TO IGNORE A MESSAGE FROM ME UNTIL TODAY. THEN SHE CALLED AND TOLD ME TODAY TO GO TO THE ER. MIND YOU I AM NOT IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATUION BUT KODI DAVIS THINKS ITS OK TO USE THE ER AS A DRS OFFICE AND TAKE A DR AWAY FROM SOMEONE WHO POSSIBLY IS HAVING AN EMERGENCY.
The problem here is not the providers or nurses. The providers are great and very compassionate. However, I will say if you need an emergency appointment or same day care, you're not going to get it here and would be better off just doing home care or going to an urgent care center. Too many patients not enough providers so much so that you get booked out nearly two to three months for a visit or get told you need to travel 20-30 minutes away for an available appointment at another location. If I could I would rate this office a Zero for the simple fact that every time I call to make a appointment I'm booked out Like a month or two even if it's a emergency .It really sucks that you have to wait that long for a appointment . My Daughter even tried to get a appointment for a follow up from a visit at Medstar for a UTI and they tried booking her in Mt .Airy why should we travel that distance when our Drs are in walkersville...My suggestion to anyone that is thinking about choosing them for a Dr I would definitely t... read more
I had a great experience with Dr. Cole and the Frederick Health office as a whole. They were quick to see me when I arrived and Dr. Cole was receptive to all my issues. She immediately ordered me an X-Ray for some knee pain I was having as well as a full blood panel. The results came quick for and I was able to get the X-Ray the same day. There was a bit of a wait to get my blood work done when I arrived (about 30-45 minutes) but the work itself was quick and the results came the next day.
