Dr Shane's is fine and the front desk staff is friendly. Though when it came to FMLA paperwork, dealt with someone in the office named Tammy. I had to have multiple corrections mandated by my employer cause it was filled out wrong and was given different dates to be out of work even though I had already returned to work under the first set of dates. I’m very concerned about the level of care my grandson received during a visit today. . He had a fever, sore throat, and was clearly not feeling well. His other grandmother that took him specifically asked the doctor to check his throat for possible strep, but that request was disregarded. Instead, the provider quickly looked in his ears, mentioned slight redness, and prescribed antibiotics without a thorough examination. I have been to the Brunswick location twice now and both times I had a great experience. From the front desk to all the nurse practioners. The wait times are not bad at all either.
