Dr. Shane and his team have always been very responsive, accommodating, and helpful.
This is the send time I've been here in 4 months. I must've forgot to give them 5 starts last time as well. I was in and out within a half hour. I got exactly what I knew needed and the staff was kind and efficient. Amber made me feel very welcome and calm, as I have a severe panic disorder. Thank you for running a swell establishment (Especially compared to the one's in Charles town, WV and Frederick, MD). 🤌
Egotistical and incompetent. Trying to find new GP, instead find a 2X4 with less medical knowledge than most nurses. Spent almost zero time, with a case obviously above his head. Told me he wouldn't continue one of my old medicines without saying why. And when I specifically said I was having Rheumatoid issues, and that the prior GP ran tests showing my RH factor was 10x the normal. "Dr" Shanes runs the shortest list of tests I have ever seen, but NONE of the standard auto-immune tests, not RH factor, not ANA, not sedimentat... read more
Always a pleasant experience here. Can be very busy at times, but they do their best. Dr. Shane listens carefully to what you have to say, and has always given me excellent advice.
This review is for the Rehab/Physical Therapy side of the location. Physical Therapist Eric was excellent with my child and I highly recommend him for anyone’s physical therapy needs.
