Long ER wait times. The CT scan machine does not work and they use it on patients! It keeps stopping and breaking and long lines of people waiting. Such an unsafe piece of equipment. How do they diagnose correctly with a broken CT machine? My daughter had a jaw injury and needed a CT scan. We tried avoiding FMH and going to an urgent care, but needed the CT scan. Wish there was another option in town for a CT scan. The report only came back showing half of her jaw because the machine broke and they still charged me! And I go... read more
Extremely slow service. The only efficient staff member was the tech. I have been here almost an hour and still have not seen the doctor.
