I have been a patient of Dr Harold since he was located in Richmond Hill. Like others, I followed him to Savannah. He is a very compassionate and caring person. You don't feel as if you're being processed and rushed when you see him. He genuinely cares. Front desk and appointment staff can use some customer service training. They are not the true reflection of Dr. Harold.
Dr Harold is a great doctor. Very patient and caring. The only problem is some of his staff...in particular the front end staff and the lab. The rude and condescending attitude makes your visit less than pleasant and reflects on the entire operation.
Dr harold and his nurse Ms Jackie are so compassionate and caring. dr. Harold never misses a thing and gets me in to every specialist afyer covid twice. I recommend him to everyone. As a nurse I can honestly say he's the best physician I've ever met.
Aside from Dr. Harold’s rude and what I felt as uncaring and arrogant attitude during my father’s regular appointments, he refused to give my 84 year old dad an afternoon appointment after he was released from the hospital. I called at least 4 times requesting a later appointment or a “referral” to another doctor and received absolutely nothing. He stated that my dad had to come between 9:15-9:30 am which isn’t possible because: 1. We live out of town and it takes 45 min. without traffic to get to his office. 2. I am a mothe... read more
