Fred is a great realtor who took the pressure off of buying and selling my home. He was my realtor when I first purchased my house and he helped me sell it as well. Because of Fred, both transactions went smooth. He's someone I'd recommend to anyone buying or selling their home. Hes passionate, knowledgeable in the industry and so helpful.
Fred Golding was a fantastic agent to have. He had the house on the market for a week and received five offers. We had another agent prior to using Fred and she had the house on the market for 6 months and only got one serious offer and that one didn't go through. Along with the five offers we received, he also got us more than the asking price. I would definitely recommend him for any real estate sales in the future.

Fred is the most patient, knowledgeable, kind, and honest realtor on the planet. He was able to help guide me through issues with a mortgage broker and support the process when I decided no longer to work with that one and needed a new one. He gave great advice on how to navigate the inspection/appraisal process. He calmed my nerves when needed. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
