In a world full of hate and animosity. I received nothing but the same energy from the Service Tech Kayla Mills. I would hope, when a customer is paying to find the problem it would be explained in a kind and understanding manner but instead I was met with the opposite which only grew my frustration more. Good Luck to any future customers, kindness goes a long way.
Why anyone would want to buy a new Ford here is beyond me besides the location. Seriously, these folks looked at Covid and this monster inflation and decided to charge a $495 administrative fee on top of every deal you make. Honestly, what kind of people do that? My husband & I just purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 with help from Jack Hudson and truly couldn’t ask for better customer service. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with Jack and he is truly such a kind and patient individual! Just purchased a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium model on the spur of the moment to substitute for an older car already in the garage. Ray Brozzetti was of great help with his many years in the dealership business. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
