Very professional and thorough regarding what steps will be taken pre-op, and post-op. Also, I went with Dr. Fletcher because he did an excellent job on my left knee 8 years ago.
My experience with Dr. Fletcher and his team was excellent. I had a total knee replacement done at Ortho NY.
