My experience with Dr. Fletcher and his team was excellent. I had a total knee replacement done at Ortho NY. Dr. Fletcher was very informative regarding the procedure and answered all of my questions. He is a skilled surgeon and a fine person. He spent a significant amount of time putting me at ease. I love that Dr. Fletcher spends time listening to you and then following up with accurate guidance on how best to proceed. This is no longer the norm for modern doctors who follow a check box style of communication.
