I went in to get my earrings fixed. Instead of fixing them, they made new ones entirely. The one on the right is the new earring, and the left are the old. When I took my earrings in initially I spoke with the jeweler who said that making new ones "might" be necessary but I specifically asked to be contacted before that happened. I went so far as to say that I was fine with only keeping a few of the stones (even the chipped one) but emphasized that keeping at least some of the stones was important to me if at all possible. Tim, Lisa and Ryan are fantastic to work with! They are real, and honest people. After another Jeweler tried to scam me and made believe my ring was in poor shape, Lisa’s team evaluated and were able to repair it for 1/10 of the cost the other jeweler wanted. I highly recommend to go see them! Great people, fairly priced and quick service!
I have always had incredible service here! They go above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed and do a wonderful job with untangling necklaces I have trouble with.

I am so glad I went in here to get help with my watches. The nicest guy put batteries in 2 of them & updated their settings which wasn't the easiest task! My 3rd watch is broken but since they are affiliated with a watch engineer I received a repair estimate after a day. When the piece holding the strap on one of my watches broke, I went back and a manager gave me a new piece & put it back together all for free. Wish I remembered names. I’d give them more than 5 stars.
