Frederick Farm has been home to rescue goats since 2013. We are committed to providing a loving home and sanctuary to as many goats in need of rescue as we can. We love sharing these playful spirits with guests to promote empathy and understanding of the species, and to encourage the happiness and well-being of both the goats and the humans that meet them!

We loved it! Awesome goats and the host was super nice. Bought a bunch of merch. Would love to visit again.
This was SO MUCH FUN!! Loved the Hugs & Hike With The Herd experience. The goats were so fun to hang out with and Meagan was the perfect guide. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
My husband and I painted with goats last year and decided we should do this with our 4 kids (19-13-13-8). They had the BEST time. From the oldest to the youngest. My little one, Alex was loving the interaction to the goats, then came the puppy. They just became best friends. Megan is amazing and even remembered us. Meagan is truly amazing- you see within seconds of meeting her that she knows her stuff. She is thoughtful towards not only the goats, but the rest of her rescue animals and of course, her guests too. She helps make sure you are ready for action on the hike with supplies you might not think to bring- like bug spray and a walking stick. She is super informative not only of all the backgrounds of her heard, but the nature around the farm.
