I am very happy with the friendliness and flexibility of the scheduling staff. The provider I saw was fine however I was not alert enough after my procedure to ask any of the many questions I have even though I was assured I would be able to speak with him. I planned to just ask the same questions when I received the results from the biopsies that were taken but those were posted on my portal last week and I have not had any contact with this office to explain any of it to me. I am disappointed in this practice.
Had colonoscopy in Sept 2025. Experience was great. I really like that all the staff introduced themselves and was friendly. The nurse who was getting me prepped told me the names of the people that I would encounter in the procedure room.
Very good experience at FEC , everyone was so nice and professional , it’s clean and well run . Highly recommend !
Everyone here from the office staff to the Dr. Was wonderful. Highly recommend!
The staff is amazing. They are thorough and skilled. For a procedure that no one enjoys, they make it easy.
