First, let me just say that Dr. Cummings is an amazing physician. This review is in no way directed towards him. This review is for his office staff. I am a former patient who hasn’t been in for several years. Dr. Cummings delivered my daughter and was wonderful. I called in December 2025 to make an appointment. I gave the office staff my insurance information, and they said my insurance required a referral from my PCP. So I called my PCP and took care of that. The best OB/GYN EVER! This man is the reason my babies are here! His genuineness for his patients is unmatched! He’s delivered so many children in my family and I would 10/10 recommend him!
Dr. Cummings became my doctor for my 4th & 5th pregnancy (October 2009 & February 2012), my FIRST & SECOND successful vbac. My first 3 babies were born via c-section. He gave me hope after my very first visit with him. (I found him via ICAN while 30 weeks pregnant with baby #4). He no longer does vbacs from what I was told when I called his office in 2019. I went on to have 2 more successful vbacs with the help of Dr. Charles Downey at Methodist Richardson Medical Center (January 2020 & December 2021). I am forever grateful ... read more
