He is a very good Dr. Probably the best I've ever had. Had a serious issue and he was the only 1 who stuck by me until we figured it out. I would highly recommend him.

Went with my husband to see Dr. Bulacan twice. The first time he had a medical student shadowing him and he was excellent. However, when we returned to his office a few weeks later regarding a different concern (no medical student observing this time) we were in and out of his office in 10-15 minutes after a very rude, cold, and callous interaction. He dismissed mine and my husbands concerns and could not have seemed less interested in what we had to say. If you want a doctor that listens, he’s not it.
Very complete. Listens to patients and families. Patience!
