I had the most amazing therapeutic massage today. I went in with a significant amount of pain and discomfort. I left feeling like a whole new person with a renewed freedom of movement. Aaron is a magician! He also provided me with a toolbox of conditioning tricks to help build strength and minimize discomfort.
Aaron’s understanding of anatomy and physiology as well as his manual therapy skills and techniques are phenomenal. Each week after receiving feedback from me he easily comes up with a unique treatment plan for my needs that also builds on the therapy from the week before.
