Dr Hernaez is excellent. He related well to me as a patient. He listened to my concerns and reviewed my labs and worked with me in a plan to improve. I find his bedside manner to be very welcoming and down to earth.
I need a physician who has patience with communication deficits, which are a clear sign of aphasia. It is important for a doctor to ask clarifying questions and avoid being judgmental. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Hernaez caused me far more stress than any patient with a disability should have to endure. He did not seem to understand that traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) affect everyone differently. Highly recommend this provider. Was very helpful in treating my Asthma and Allergies. He is very warm and friendly, his assistant Tiffany is incredible and kind.
Had a very good experience with Dr. Hersaez. He answered all my concerns and every thing he told me to do worked. Very friendly personality and stayed in contact to see if all was working out. Would recommend him to anyone. MaryAnn Dorshorst is the patient that he took care of.
