I had a positive experience with this company. I called them for my Samsung washer. They did a fine job. Technician was professional and upfront and made sure my machine is working before leaving. He also took his time explaining the issue to me. It was an A+ experience. They were worth having!
Called on a Sunday for emergency service and they answered the phone and scheduled me for that day. Questioned them why they needed my credit card number up front and they said to hold my appointment....hmmm. I was in need of service so I went with it. Within 45 minutes of scheduling they called me back to cancel my appointment and wanted me to reschedule with them for another day. I’m concerned because they had my cc# and all my information. My appointment was cancelled last minute (7:40 PM for an 8:00 AM the next day service) with no alternatives provided. Apparently Frederick Appliance Repair only staffs one technician for dishwashers, and when his truck broke down, they didn't extend any sort of offer for rescheduling or alternatives, simply telling me that the appointment was cancelled with no option for recourse.
