In the past Frederick Allen has offered a good service for watch and jewellery repairs, if a little slow. Recently however we have experienced a poor repair and a watch which stopped too soon after being taken in for a check and battery. The male staff, watchmakers? are pleasant and knowledgeable. The female staff howver could use some training in customer care. Denying complaints and making pressurising excuses are unlikely to encourage return business. So, sorry, but we shall take our business elsewhere from now on.
