I started going to see Dr. Ma earlier this year. After getting out of the military, I started having pains in my neck, shoulders, hips, and my lower back. Dr. Ma is incredible. She is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in acupuncture and holistic health, but is also one of the kindest, most compassionate professionals I've encountered. Before coming to her, I was struggling with my hormones and stress. I tried other acupuncturists in the area, and none of them compare to her. Her calming energy, gentle technique, and genuine care make every session something I truly look forward to.
Dr. Ma thoroughly explains the process of what ails you. She is quick with a needles and almost painless. I had very tight muscles in my back and she definitely took care of that. I highly suggest trying acupuncture to see if it helps you.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ma and the team at Frederick Acupuncture Center. Living with a chronic, ever-changing back pain, has been incredibly challenging.
