Frederic did my color correction after a bit of a botch from another salon. He responded instantly and, with one look at the photos, immediately broke down each product and color that had been misplaced, and created a game plan to fix it with minimal damage. He is incredibly attentive to subtle differences in color and texture, much more than I could perceive myself, and the outcome was delivered quickly and beautifully. And he’s just super caring and kind to boot. I trust both his eyes and his hands with my hair. :)
