Frederic is a lifesaver! I found Frederic under emergency hair color correction and he went above & beyond. Today at 9am I went to a salon in Hollywood and this girl destroyed my hair - I asked for simple highlights and she bleached my hair so bad I looked like an orange creamsicle with orange & white splotches. At 10am, I called my bf sobbing he contacted Frederic. Frederic did my color correction after a bit of a botch from another salon. He responded instantly and, with one look at the photos, immediately broke down each product and color that had been misplaced, and created a game plan to fix it with minimal damage. He is incredibly attentive to subtle differences in color and texture, much more than I could perceive myself, and the outcome was delivered quickly and beautifully. And he’s just super caring and kind to boot. I trust both his eyes and his hands with my hair. :)
