Typical storage unit. Great onsite help/service but not enough crew to keep all their locations up to par so poor quality structure and needs a major facelift - constant bent doors that are impossible to close and lightbulbs burnt out everywhere for months at a time. The doors are dented in from either attempted break-ins or snowplows smoking the doors and derailing them I imagine. Horrible communication, terrible customer service, and literally was told “we own 700 plus units so we don’t care what you think about our customer service.”
