The worst provider I ever seen in any medical profession. Went there for an appointment for a family member our appointment was at 2:00 they rescheduled the appointment for 3:00 without notifying the patient. We get there the interpreter requested was extremely late. We had no interpreter. We go into the office Dr.Dewil walks in with an attitude once he sees my family member had a condition that he wasn’t specialized in. this doctor is straight to the point, does not sugar coat which is refreshing. Id like to know the good and and ugly of any diagnosis. His staff is accommodating and friendly.
Dr.Dewil is a great Doctor. I have been a patient of his for 3 years. He always has taken the time to listen to my symptoms, ask all the right questions and give me the best care possible. He orders all the right tests to make sure he knows what is going on with your lungs and your breathing is okay. His staff is excellent at calling you back with results as well. My experience here was a bit different then everyone else,oddly I found the Dr Dewil to be pleasant and he took the time to explain things to me ...however the staff is horrendous and nasty ,if you need something from them be advised it will not happen I literally had to drive back to the office twice because they simply couldn't fax something ,they just wouldn't do it and the worst part is they said they did and lied !
Dr. Dewil has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. From the moment he walked in the door, he seemed like he had no interest and sounded annoyed. When he asked why I was there, I explained and then told him I had some scarring on my lungs from my last chest xray and asked if he was able to see the results in MyChart, which all Hackensack Meridian doctors have access to.
