Mr. foster is a coward. He hires people under the table to do work for him, says he will pay them never does. Thinks because he is a lawyer he can get away with it like most lawyers. Then he also screws over his tenants that had been great. Won't pay back security deposit. Plus thinks it was ok to let his other tenant steal power for over 3 years. Didn't fix the issue or offer help get the single mom of 2 girls her money back.
