We had a commercial vehicle down out of town late on a Friday night and then guys not only showed up faster than anticipated, but worked quick, worked with us, and got our guys on the road fast.
When I think of good, old fashioned customer service and Texas hospitality, Freddy's is the first thing that comes to mind. I felt like my truck got fixed by a bunch of family members and not employees of a business. My team of drivers broke down in Cisco, TX and their 2021 Freightliner Cascadia would not shift out of neutral. I gave Freddy's a call and they sent their mechanic out there. Broke down in a 26ft box truck and was told it would be at least an hour to get picked up. Jamie was there in 40 minutes and got us to Ft. Worth safely. He even went out of his way to leave our broke down truck in an easily accessible spot at Penske so we could move our cargo over to a rental. Could not recommend these guys enough.
