Broke down on day before Thanksgiving with leaking brake line. Not only did they fix the brake line, but was kind enough to bring my wife and I turkey dinner at the RV at Loves....these people are the real deal and salt of the earth. Thank you!!! You guys all rock at Freddy's!

We had a commercial vehicle down out of town late on a Friday night and then guys not only showed up faster than anticipated, but worked quick, worked with us, and got our guys on the road fast.
When I think of good, old fashioned customer service and Texas hospitality, Freddy's is the first thing that comes to mind. I felt like my truck got fixed by a bunch of family members and not employees of a business. My team of drivers broke down in Cisco, TX and their 2021 Freightliner Cascadia would not shift out of neutral. I gave Freddy's a call and they sent their mechanic out there.
