Waited in the drive thru for way longer than I should have for a burger and fries, burger was ice cold, fries were hot at least. As I pulled around to leave 5 employees were out back smoking and chit chatting. I wonder if they wash their hands after that? The car behind me in the drive through drove off and left behind me and I don’t blame them had I not already paid I would have left as well. This is the third time ordering 2 meals from this location for pick up. The burgers have usually been good. However when ordering large cheese fires they've only give us a small fry order. Tonight was the same thing but we could even see the bottom of the container for the fries. I'm sorry but if you're gonna charge that much and we pay for it we should get a decent amount of fries. but our ice cream was also messed up.

I love the burgers here, just like Steak & Shake. The service at the window was excellent, the girl was very friendly. The only thing missing was napkins. However, I'll never understand all the good reviews about the custard. We got two small hot fudge sundaes, and the ice cream was melted and soupy. I've tried the custard before, not creamy at all and melts really fast. Both DQ and McDonald's have better ice cream, and it's not even custard. Won't try that again.
