Many items are missing from our driveway through order and we tried to call and contact someone to fix this. No one answers the phone or return calls. The manager is not doing a good job. We will not be going back to pay for food we dont get and no one to help unless we go back a second time. Its easier not to come at all. No I won't be reaching out to your franchise owner. They need to take care of their own business and do right by the paying customer.
Freddys is usually a great place with fresh food but that particular one staff was incompetent and got the order wrong, then when they make it taste like some had put a pound of seasoning on the burger patty.
Food is always good. If we pickup and don’t drive thru they always miss at least one item. Service is slow and often disjointed - lots of ways to optimize the operation here to make it run more smoothly and avoid missing orders or items.
