Service was fast. Food and ice cream were great. Cheese curds are EXCELLENT!!! What more can you ask for when it comes to fast food?!?! Would definitely eat here again.
I always love eating at Freddy's. But the new one in Marion Iowa needs to reconsider their managers. I saw a manager (a younger bigger mixed man) yelling at an employee while I was thinking about what to order. He was yelling at her and it obviously scared her. She started picking at her fingers and stuttering. If that's how the employees are treated at this establishment, Freddy's needs to consider introducing the staff to a new manager who won't give their employees anxiety by doing their jobs.
While eating at the Freddy's in Marion, Iowa with my family I was able to hear a manager I think his name was Markeece yelling at one of the employees. From my experience with dealing with the employee she has always been nice and helpful. In my opinion it was uncalled for especially in the unprofessional way he chose to do so. This is not the first time I have heard him yelling at other workers while eating at this establishment. I was a little taken back at the size of my burger patties (thin) but the overall experience was amazing. The fries were excellent, ice cream was fire. Would definitely eat here again!
