2 times now I've ate there and gotten just bad quality food. This last time I got the prime rib steak burger and had more mushrooms than anything else on it. Absolutely gross
Went to get ice cream through the drive thru and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the order. Made eye contact with multiple employees and not one came over to help. After waiting someone came to the window and gave me the wrong order and utensils. Have gone multiple times and dealt with long wait times at the drive thru but this was ridiculous.
