Poor customer service. Only one employee working the front, drive thru, and making orders. Sad.
We ordered one custard and two Sundays in the drive through totaling over $20. Literally sat at the pick up window for thirty minutes without anyone ever coming by. My husband had to park and go in and ask for them. They were sitting in a freezer ready but no one bothered to bring them to the window. I'm not exaggerating on the thrity minutes, my husband receives texts when a purchase is made on his card and the time stamp was over thirty minutes.

I'm from Tyler we also have a Freddys which I have never been to. I'm working in Marshall and decided to try it what the heck.. I WAS NOT MISSING ANYTHING.. I ordered the California style burger and the Jalapeno burger.. meat was very dry on both burgers.. taste was OK nothing more nothing less . If pattys would of been juicy burgers would of been a lot better.. juicys burgers and Whataburger are much better than this and no I'm no hardcore Whataburger fan but Whataburger is a lot better.. please put napkins available especi... read more
Why is it so cold inside. We asked several times to turn the AC up and the excuse was that there was a stuck switch. Yeah ok. Well two weeks later it's still stuck. I finally went up there and said who do I have to complain to, google or the owner and low and behold the AC went off. Don't lie to your customers, and turn the dang AC up. People don't like it that cold. It had to have been 64 inside and I generally like it cold. Aside from that the food was eh but the employees have no clue.
