Great food
I was really impressed with the girl who welcomed me and my coworkers with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome right away. She was polite, patient, and checked on us to make sure everything was good. She also made our concretes quickly, and they turned out really good. Great customer service from someone so young! We came on our lunch breaks on Tuesday at 1 and well most definitely be back .
We had a wonderful experience with a young African American lady who provided excellent customer service. Me and my family came in at about 2:30, she was by herself and still managed to take care of us while handling drive through customers. She was incredibly patient and understanding while taking our complicated order, making sure everything was correct and that we felt heard. I had a great experience at Freddy’s Frozen Custard! The food and frozen custard were delicious, fresh, and exactly what I was looking for. The young lady today ant the front counter around 3pm provided amazing customer service and was very friendly, patient, and welcoming. She made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Absolutely awful from the service, to the food to the cleanliness…. Everything was wrong with our order, they didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in… and they saw me. It took way too long to get my order, the coke machine was out of order and they knew it was out of order and didn’t offer to give us drinks from the back and acted annoyed when I asked to get some from the back. The bathrooms were also super gross.
