Until about a year ago, my family and I were regulars at this Freddy’s. We always had great food and friendly service, and we were excited to return after moving back to the area. Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The drive-thru experience felt robotic and unhelpful; it was difficult to get clear answers to any questions, and basic requests like ordering a combo were ignored at first.
