I have gone to this location many times and every time, without fail have received the wrong order, and more than one time they have “fixed” it and gave me another incorrect order. the only compensation or “refund” i was given was a second large fry which i didn’t even want. the customer support and manager didn’t make any apologies or even make a clear attempt to fix anything. I have tried calling the story many times and received no answer. if you want the food you ordered do not go to this location.
I was out of town enjoying the park with my dogs. Towards the end of the day, I decided to grab a bite to eat at Freddy's and it was awesome!!! They have awesome burgers and I love the string style french fries. I will be back if I ever make a trip this way again!
