Freddy's is always consistent with the food & service. I've never gotten a wrong order there and have never had anyone help me that was anything but nice & professional!
Great food and superb decor, but not the most invested employees I've seen so far
My experience at Freddy’s last night was very poor and unprofessional. Not a word was said to me while I was at the window, even when my food was handed to me, leaving me unsure if I was good to go. I ordered Freddy’s Fry Sauce over the intercom and also requested additional sauce at the window, but it was forgotten both times. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and unfortunately, it was just not a good experience and will not be coming back to this location.
