Ordered food at the drive through, got told to pull up and after 25 minutes nobody came out to give me food. Completely ridiculous

Everything was ok. Nothing truly bad, nothing special. It’s a burger fast food franchise with meager other options basically. The “Freddy’s fries” are shoestring style, they’re fine. Made order at counter for pickup: crispy chicken sand no mayo … came with mayo anyway. It took about 15 minutes, but to be fair it was 10:15 PM and a frigid night, just one table dining.
