I don't think I have ever left a review before but this really needed one. I have ordered via doordash five different times (over the span of a YEAR) from this store and each time I have been given an order that is wrong in more ways than one. Missing food, missing toppings, a shake instead of a concrete, a small when I paid for a large, a half empty (sealed) order of cheese curds. I think this place is under new management. It's not like it used to be. Food mediocre. Service lazy. Atmosphere dead. 👎 At least it's better than that Authentic Cheesesteak Hoagie place down the street, next to Starbucks. 🤢🤮🤒

Second time being at this location. Each time I've had issues. Drive thru ordering took 10 mins since the person with the mic was having a conversation with someone else inside. Had to repeat each item of the order multiple times. Get our food, only to find out they didn't ring in the sandwich and we didn't get the correct sizes on anything. Don't recommend.

Just went by there to go get some ice cream or custard. All the lights are on. Nobody’s working in the drive-through chairs are up on the table. They’re supposed to be open till 11. This is at 9:50 and no sign that they’re closed early. Change your hours what a joke of a place.
