Ordered a crispy chicken club with no tomatoes, get home and the sandwich is completely incorrect, there was nothing on my sandwich but lettuce

The man in the window was professional, seemed to be the manager or assistant manager. The girl who placed my order, was not concerned that I couldn't understand what she was saying. The drive-thru speaker caused distortion whenever she spoke. I asked for 2- dbl steak burger combos, 1 without pickles and onions. I received cold ,hard fries, sloppy, tossed sandwich just meat and bread with cheese. I didn't ask for cheese. I was not pleased at all. They need a review of how to give courteous service. I have been to many Freddy’s locations and this place was a filthy! Water on the floor where the staff working (I am sure this will be a work comp injury before long ) and just a complete out of control back area! Sorry I never like to be Negative but this place needs retraining and people who know what they’re doing. Looks like they were short staff too! I was so turned off I left!
