We were informed on arrival that the dining room was cash only and card orders had to go to drive through. We fortunately had cash between us or we would have left as we saw many families do. Family visits and memories don't happen at drive thru windows. Otherwise we were pleased with our visit.
At the date, 6/17/2026 7:20:15pm I ordered a steak bugger taco. It was not fresh. They overpriced me. The milkshake was melted. The manager disrespectful. And rude The place was unsanitary was not clean. I will take my business somewhere else. The Manager snatched my card out of my hand, slam my bag of food on the counter gave me a evil look for no reason at all I will never come back to this location this Freddy’s off of Pensacola Boulevard needs better management. in better employees that knows what they’re doing.
