I had such a great experience at Freddy’s thanks to Camila! She was so kind, welcoming, and had a positive attitude the entire time. Food was okay but camila made up for it.
I had a very good experience with employee Camila, she was very welcoming and friendly. Overall service was great.
We stopped here just before our road trip to Phoenix, and loved the fact that the order was correct! Not only was everything correct the meals were in separate bags so passing out the food to everyone was easy! Thanks 👍 I did get down to use the restroom and everything was clean. The staff that we did interact with was friendly.
I visited the Freddy’s in El Paso, Texas after placing an online pickup order, and my experience was very disappointing. When I picked up my order, my drink was leaking through the bag. Instead of correcting the issue, the bag was just double-bagged and handed to me. Once I sat down to eat, the food was cold, my son’s chocolate scoop was missing, and the ranch for my salad was also missing.
