I came by today, i pull up to the window! they tell me to hold and wait. So I did which is totally fine, but i didn’t know i’d be waiting for 5 min…i proceeded to say “hello” no response so i pulled forward and went around again. After i went around again i pull up to the window and they say “can you wait for me one second” so that’s the second time.
